Fall/Winter House League Program
The Fall/Winter House League program is available for boys and girls, ages six and up.
The program focuses on skills development, participation and fun. The first part of each session is devoted to teaching the fundamentals of the game with instruction and drills. During the second part of each session, participants are able to apply what they have learned during a series of basketball scrimmages. Participants WILL NOT be assigned to a specific team for the season.
The House League program structure is subject to change based on any potential Provincial / Local government health and safety regulations and restrictions enacted during the season.
All house league sessions are held on Saturdays from mid/late September through late-February at:

Cosburn Middle School and Diefenbaker Elementary School (Boys Program); and

Westwood Middle School (Girls Program)

Fees:
Fees for the Fall 2026/Winter 2027 House League season are $275 per participant. No family discounts are available.
Refund Policy:
The East York Basketball Club has the following Refund Policy for the Fall 2026/Winter 2027 House League Season:

Prior to September 19, 2026 – Full Refund less $25 Administrative Fee

After September 19, 2026 – 50% Refund

No Refunds will be issued after October 17th, 2026 (4th House League session)
Refunds will only be given with a written request.

House League fees include a reversible jersey, shorts, and a basketball, to be distributed to participants prior to the first session of the season. Participants are expected to bring their jersey and basketball to each session so that they can fully participate in the drills. Please make sure the participant's name is clearly marked on their basketball. If the ball is lost, a new one can be purchased at the front desk each Saturday.
EYBC is a non-profit organization managed and operated solely by volunteers. As the Club continues to grow in membership and programs, the need for volunteers also grows.
