Details about our House League program:

All house league sessions are held on Saturdays from early September until March Break at Cosburn Middle School. All sessions are 1.5 hours long (except for Tyke which is one hour). The first part of each session will be devoted to teaching the fundamentals of the game with instruction and drills. The second portion will be house league games with coaches and referees.

Fees for the 2018/2019 House League season are$160. Family discounts are available when registering two or more children. Fees for the second child (in the same family) are $140 and fees for the third child (in the same family) are $100.

Refund Policy:

East York Basketball has the following Refund Policy:

  • Prior to Opening Day – Full Refund less a $25.00 Administrative Fee.
  • After Opening Day and only until the fourth session – 75% Refund of total amount paid.
  • No Refunds will be issued after the fourth session.

The charge for an NSF cheque will be $25. The number of participants is limited by gym space and number of volunteers. If a session for an age group fills up, the participant will be placed on a waiting list and contacted if space becomes available.

All participants will be provided a reversible jersey with number and an appropriately sized basketball during at registration.Participants must bring this ball to each session so that they can fully participate in the drills. Please make sure the participant’s name is clearly marked on the ball. If the ball is lost new ones can be purchased at the registration desk each week.

EYBC is a non-profit organization managed and operated solely by volunteers. As the Club continues to grow in membership and programs, the need for volunteers also grows. We need volunteers to fill a wide variety of roles including: administrative, front desk, session coordinator and session assistant positions.
